This. We had the issue with an Apple MacBook. The box arrived sealed and empty. We even filmed ourselves opening the box because it felt oddly lightweight. We provided all the evidence to Apple. 6 weeks to hear "sorry we don't reimburse you the item we didn't send". Went through the reverse charge process. 3 days later the money was on our card.
