California, get your ballots in! Then we'll all go on a Larchmont Blvd "ice cream crawl," my treat. Jeni's. Salt&Straw. Hell, even that hell that is Rite Aid ice cream. We'll get nuts (not actual nuts because nuts and ice cream is disgusting, you rascals) #VoteNoOnTheRecall
@DavidHSteinberg WOW. It's about to trap THIS tourist when the world stops burning. I do always love how those places can't choose a "cuisine," and instead are like, "Uh... we got Thai Lettuce Wraps AND Nachos AND Hummus AND BBQ! Come on down!"
@DavidHSteinberg I truly want to build a house that has ONLY secret bookcase doors for every door, and only busts of composers to open them. And a Batman chute. And paintings with the eyeballs cut out! So... yes.
It just dawned on me that "71" was the MOST excited and nervous I've ever been fifteen minutes into a movie. And then it pays off! Holy bajoley is that movie good. You did it, @71movie, you did it.
Please PLEASE Californians, get your ballot in by Sept. 14th. It is bananastown important for so SO many reasons. And we won't even get a hilarious governor like Arnold if it all goes south.
@matthewfederman This is a slightly more obscure reference, but I watched "Difficult People" and the whole time was thinking "Oh man, this guy is going to be so much happier when he invents Billy On The Street"
@matthewfederman I thought that about a bajillion times in the first season of BARRY. My mind would get tricked too, "Oh no, these actors are struggling. No wait! They're doing great!"
Just saw a guy walking down Larchmont Blvd, holding a living giant turtle. He seemed casual, but I’m having trouble imagining a positive-outcome scenario that includes “yah, just have to make a go of this on foot.”
@taken4movie Sneakers for fun. The Sting for classic vibe. Baby Driver for style. The Town and Heat for intense heists. Bottle Rocket for a dash of indie. Den of Thieves for trashy aggression that's ridiculous but also kind of awesome when you're tired at the end of the day.
