Obviously a lot of chatter from
the election. You know maybe it
went your way. Maybe it didn't
go your way.
But regardless it's time to focus on you. It's time to double down on yourself. You know maybe it's mental health.
God knows this country freaking needs it. And the same with fitness.
Gotta gotta get moving. Gotta make a
change. So double down on yourself.
Double down on yourhealth. Alright.
Maybe it's double downing on your on your family. Spend some quality time
with your family.
Put put the tablets down and shit like that and and make a change. Do
something different today.
You can't control what you can't
control. So you know whether it's a good thing or a bad thing with this election you you can't control at this
point right?
All you can do is start taking accountability for
yourself. Alright? If you can't
figure it out then you gotta
find a fucking solution.
So hire a coach. Set some some alarms. I don't know. Make a challenge for yourself. Get up a little
bit early. Go for that walk.
Do something. But just remember
this. You know noone cares more
about you than yourself.
So we gotta start acting like it. So
make a change Do something
different. And start making yourself a better you.

RECIPE ALERT! Your welcome 🤤
CHICKEN STIR-FRY SHEET PAN MEAL (4 servings)
3 medium chicken breast
2 medium bell pepper
12 oz snap peas
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
➡️ Trim the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut into pieces in 1-inch squares.
➡️ Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, 1/2 the sesame oil, and garlic powder.
➡️ Put the chicken into a Ziploc bag or covered bowl and pour in HALF the marinade in. Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
➡️ When you’re ready to cook, cover a large baking sheet with foil, then put it in the oven and let the pan get hot while the oven heats to 425 F.
➡️ Drain the marinated chicken well in a colander placed in the sink.
➡️ Remove the hot baking sheet from the oven and spread the chicken out over the surface (so pieces are not touching). Put the baking sheet into the oven and cook chicken 8 minutes.
➡️ While chicken is cooking, put veggies into a bowl and toss with the remaining sesame oil.
➡️ After 8 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and arrange the veggies around the chicken evenly and as flat as possible.
➡️ Put back into the oven and cook about 12 minutes more, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
➡️ Brush cooked chicken and vegetables with the remaining marinade and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
