Dear colleagues and supporters,
After years of protracted legal battle, we are happy to announce our victory in the legal claim against the unfair dismissal, which took place in 2020.
The court found Ryanair's Polish subsidiary discriminated his employee for his union activity.
He started a union @BUnited_buzz and got fired. Now he's won a court case.
Matteo Pizzolato worked as a steward in Prague. After he started a union, he got fired. Now it's been proven in court that the employer didn't treat the trade unionist fairly.

Založil odbory @BUnited_buzz a dostal padáka.

Ryanair and associates do not recognize B.United, breaching the law regarding union recognition.
Among the others, we are currently investigating irregularity in payments and tax calculation.
We share here (and ask you to spread) this letter from our colleague José based in Lithuania.
We will not stand still in front of injustice.
PLEASE SHARE THIS POST AMONG RYANAIR/BUZZ CABIN CREW BASED IN LITHUANIA: please contact us or José to know more!
