@FedExHelp I’ve been on hold for 35 minutes to your support line and keep getting sent back to the virtual agent! This is pretty poor in my opinion. Not what I’d call customer service!!

@DHLParcelUK Hi DHL, any reason why your app is showing my parcel as still at your depot when it was scheduled for delivery yesterday? Not great service or comms in my opinion. You’re now affecting my business as I’m waiting on this phone for my business!
