Any behavior can be justified when it's directed at someone who has earned that treatment and fully understands the game they're involved in. The only time a behaviiur looks disgusting and is difficult to accept is when it was embraced by a person that's unworthy
For example,
IF some important multimillionaire acts a lil bit arrogant and makes jokes you laugh and you're more susceptible of finding it funny but if some waiter has even 1% arrogance in his DNA you feel like torturing him.
We tolerate (or even admire) certain behaviours when they seem congruent with a person's perceived status, achievements, or vibe, but find them repulsive when they appear undeserved or mismatched.
If you don't have a plan you tend to remain in no mans land, moving randomly without no purpose. Without objectives, your brain defaults to random or reactive behavior, chasing whatever feels good in the moment, saying yes to everything or getting pulled by other people’s priorities. Therefore, you need to understand exactly what you want, how you'll get there and stick to it for a long time.
This way you can easily say no and refuse things that don't align with the goals. You gain clarity and you remove doubt. For example, If you decided you gotta save 100k you'll say no to invitations to parties, you'll avoid people that are distracting you. If you decided you gotta lose weight, you'll avoid junk food, alcohol and you'll stick to the plan.
If there's no specific goal, you'll just behave in a chaotic way, that makes no sense and brings no results.
At a time when Kenya yearns for truth, courage, and accountability, @dkmaraga continues to stand as a voice of reason and justice. Tomorrow on The Situation Room will be a moment of national reflection on governance, rights, and the courage to fight for what is right.
One person shot dead and over 50 protestors arrested on day 2 of anti-Ebola quarantine facility demonstrations in Nanyuki, Laikipia County; residents vow to continue the demos until their concerns are addressed
My greatest disappointment every day when I wake up is seeing how separated we the peasants are by the most little things and how united those who feast on us are by the most big things. Tumeshindwa kushirikiana kabisa. We suffer not because we are weak. This is our fault
We used to laugh at failed and filthy countries, Nigeria, Libya, DRC, Uganda etc, we are now drifting faster in the same pit and there's no one to help us because prayers don't work in this country. Those prayers are useless. Those prayers are strategic humbling tools to keep the oppressed from standing and fighting back. Your political leaders and religious leaders are sleeping with each other.
"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."
— Napoleon Hill.
Belief is not a magic wand, belief is a contract.
The mind signs it, and then the body, then the schedule, and then the mouth begins to honour it.
YES, YOU CAN.
Believe it.

One of the most low IQ things you can do is to live your life 100% based on what famous people say publicly. Rich and powerful people go on podcast, tv shows and say general stuff like, believe in yourself, gotta work hard, don't touch drugs, don't take steroids. Because you wouldn't understand if they'd talk real shit. It's too uncommon for the average man. Most will start hating them. Rich people say things that sounds wholesome to attract positive karma and reactions.
Njugush won't go in any podcast to say his wife destroyed the marriage, King Kaka can't say anything about his ex, Terence Creative can't go on Instagram and talk about his marriage around infidelity, Milly Chebby can't reveal she had dismissed numerous nannies, etc.
If you wanna learn how the people you admire operate you gotta find ways to get closer to them cause you ain't gonna know shit from what's said publicly. Especially after a certain point in their careers.
Everyone wants the benefits of being a rebel, an outlaw, a real nigga, a G! But most aren't about this life and will return to their default settings once something bad happens. You see many younger lads that talk with bravado but as soon as shit hits the fan they'll, snitch on their crew if they get in trouble, get a regular job if their first business attempt doesn't work, finish school so their parents don't resent them, prioritize a girl over their friends, afraid she might leave, play it politically correct online, scared they might face problems, become drug addicts or alcoholics once they flirt with depression etc. Only a tiny percentage can keep it real for decades. Can fall and rise back up. Seen this scenario hundreds of times.

DRC has the Ebola outbreak.
Uganda too has reported cases.
Now look at the map.
Rwanda borders both DRC and Uganda.
Tanzania borders both DRC and Uganda.
South Sudan borders both DRC and Uganda.
Burundi borders DRC.
Zambia borders DRC.
None of them seem to be in panic mode.
But Kenya, hundreds of kilometres away from the outbreak, is setting up quarantine centres, panicking and acting like ground zero.
Make it make sense.
Many of us warned from the beginning that William Ruto's decision to allow the Ebola facility in Laikipia was a mistake by Ruto.
Because let's be honest.
If that facility was never approved, would Kenya be talking about quarantine centres all over the country today?
DRC has experienced Ebola outbreaks for decades(over 15).
Uganda has had multiple outbreaks too(over 6).
Through all those years, Kenya relied mainly on border screening, surveillance and monitoring.
We never saw this level of panic.
So what exactly has changed?
The outbreak isn't new.
Ebola isn't new.
The only new variable is Ruto & his decision in Laikipia.
Today, it feels like the government is trying to convince Kenyans that all this panic, all these quarantine centres and all these preparations are proof that the Laikipia facility was necessary.
To many of us, it looks like the opposite.
It looks like Kenya is creating problems it never had to justify a decision that should never have been made.
Something doesn't add up.
When you are tired, eat SALT.
When you experience a headache, eat SALT.
When you are angry, eat SALT.
When you are hungry, eat SALT.
When FASTING, eat SALT.
When your libido drops, eat SALT.
SALT is life.
