@British_Airways@browj023 Good luck Julie getting a reimbursement. BA are notorious for sending people along the route of claiming for reimbursement, then waiting 2months, asking you to do the process again, and then not paying you.
@tear515@British_Airways Just send in the details and after 2 months they hope you will have forgotten. Then you chase again. And then they fob you off and ask you to resubmit. It's a tactic to avoid their legal obligations.
@DavidOfNewey@British_Airways Good luck David. This is a tactic BA run to hope that you forget, allowing them to get out of paying. Shocking really. Turning the world's favourite airline, into the world most deceptive airline.
@londonpommie@British_Airways So you drop a DM to BA so they can look into it, and then good luck. It's off the social media channels and they will then treat you as a second class customer.
@ChristineJHers1 @British_Airways BA will try and squirm out of paying you what you are legally entitled to through a combination of waiting a long time to see if you remember, and then misclaiming facts.
@_MikeHurst@British_Airways Step1: they give your a form to fill in. Step2: they ignore you. Step3: you complain. Step4: you join the growing community of mistreated BA customers. Step5: join in a collective action against BA
This is one of the techniques BA have created to fob off customers. How many customers just give up and stop persuing valid claims? It's time to stop this underhand practice.
@British_Airways think they are smart. When you submit a customer relations query they send you an automated email every week to make you think they are handling they case so you don’t bother them. 🙄
This is the BA Social Media technique to try and keep all the poor customer service off social media. If anyone has a complaint, they try and handle it privately, pretending to resolve the problems, "in a few weeks". And then never actually solving anything, hoping you give up.
@MaitlandPark Hi there. Send us your booking reference via DM along with as much information as possible so we can take a closer look. We'll also need you to confirm your full name and contact details. We may need to ask you a few more questions for data protection. Linda https://t.co/L1epyfzysM
@petrol_ped@British_Airways@ToyotaUK That's really disappointing. Hope you get correctly treated. Unfortunately from the experience of others it's unlikely.
