कितना शर्म का बात है BSNL JE से मजदूरी कर रहा है। Atleast BSNL should provide splicer on contract to Tx & CNTx section. JE को splicing के लिए नही रिक्रूट किया गया है। Field allowances bhi only Rs. 125/- JE level pe.

BSNL Staff is deprived of Timely Pay, Regular Promotions & adequate Pension.
Moreover, Pay Revision still not implemented in #BSNL. All Employees working on low, old payscales.
Staff is very demotivated.
