Karen wasn’t just a colleague - though she was a fab one & I’m grateful we got to work so closely together on GBV - she was also a friend. I’m devastated we won’t get that drink we’d been promising each other ‘once the pandemic has calmed down’. An absolute belter of a woman 💔

This is terribly sad news - and my deepest condolences to Karen’s family and friends. Karen was a wonderful colleague and from the messages of our current and former students it’s apparent how she touched so many lives at the University.
