Increasingly frustrated with @AmericanAir - though service has been quick as I got bounced around. Starting from chat, I had to call individual 800 and 888 numbers each time, ultimately nobody seems to be able to provide a reasonable refund/credit for inflight purchase of 4300 airline miles.
Watch out for @ForeverSolar - deceptive and predatory practices across VITL Power, Freedom Forever and Mosaic. Do your research, demand the contracts, and review them with legal rep before signing.
