Funny the way our parents where freaked out when come to fish and bones. Dad managed to find solution,perfect frozen square filled of cod from Alaska😂 This combination was very new, but non alcoholic pairing for that course just blew my head “apple and cheese”

Very classic combination of flavor from home. Can’t get anymore traditional than “Bryndzové halušky”

Sauerkraut-Back pudding-Barley
As a kids we use to gather with rest of the families over kraut making, for better fermentation all kids would go barefoot stepping and pushing kraut down. It’s was very memorable times. #dublin #ireland #Slovakia #dinner #clasic #friends

Very traditional combination in some parts of Slovakia, main reason for this course was to welcome our guests with bread and salt. The way we do back home,we add a little twist to it so people won’t choke on piece of bread. #ireland #dublin #slovakia
