SO THE REASON TEACHERS ARE SO UNDERPAID IS BECAUSE 76% OF TEACHERS ARE WOMEN AND SOCIETY DOES NOT VALUE THE WORK OF WOMEN, WHICH IS ALSO WHY MANY MALE TEACHERS BECOME ADMIN. IRONICALLY, 76% OF SUPERINTENDENTS ARE MEN BECAUSE MEN MAKE UP THE MAJORITY OF ADMIN.

@washington2027 @ModestTeacher This is an important issue to consider. Some speds and elementary school students should not be mandated to go face-to-face because it's not safe to assume that they will stay six feet apart. Not at least with the lower grades.
