Fake promises by PayTm staff everywhere even after contacting customer care and what not regarding Kyc. Completely devastated with this facade of PayTm help. No reply at DM as well even after assuring help in my previous tweet in front of the whole world. @Paytmcare@Paytm

@Paytmcare Your systems are under maintenance for at least a month now. Will they ever be up again? How much more patience and cooperation do you need from our side? Can’t have more patience. Quitting PayTm as of now.
@Paytm@Paytmcare Poor service for KYC verf. I’ve requested customer care executives for the “In-Person KYC verification” for a substantial amount of time but no one ever visited or even contacted me for the same. I’ve even tried KYC points but the same result. Please help me out
