One year in biotech has flown by! 🚀 I’ve learn a ridiculous amount of new information and I’m a completely different scientist and person. It’s been so fun!

8) Try to choose a company that has a good culture & will invest in you. It can be hard to determine this from the interviews, but if they mention company culture, it’s a good sign!

7) Your co-workers become your family so invest time in knowing & supporting each other💚 When I first started, I was completely focused on getting things done & there was never a shortage of things! When I took time to connect with others, I was happier and more fulfilled 😊
