@CharleneMaeXOXO @DrakesMaya I've got three realms in my stories, and the characters either have to have the permission of a God or a very specific book written by the first person to travel between them. If they have one of those two things, they can travel between the realms.

@CharleneMaeXOXO @DrakesMaya That's interesting as well! I never thought of using a physical marker for magic. In my novels, there are two gods, one of which controls our world and prohibited the use of magic. The other god controls a fantasy world, and allowed her subjects the use of magic.

@CharleneMaeXOXO @DrakesMaya Interesting concept. In my case, the only way humans can use magic is if they are separated from their bodies, and their souls have to take a form that utilizes Aether from the world around them.
