@OrgCommChat I think two of my strengths as a leader are thinking critically and being flexible to new ideas. One thing I want to learn about is being self-aware in the workplace. I think it's easy to get caught up in chaos and we forget about being self-aware of our actions.

@ally_rabbitt I think Oprah is a great example of a leader, not only does she have a strong brand, but she presents herself as an honest, genuine, and transparent person. Those are definitely things that I value in leaders and think that she does a great job of exemplifying those traits.

@GraceGraubart After looking at the list, I think I would like to work for Sage. They talk about how their team has clear communication and alignment of goals. I think those two things are extremely important to accomplish anything and super valuable characteristics within leaders.

@OrgCommChat I think a key part of my personal brand is being perseverant. I tend to take on a lot of challenges that often scare me, but I know there will be a reward on the other side. That's why I feel that perseverance is needed in those instances.

@TroyKong2 I think being transparent with ethics is super important in modern org culture. It is not only enough to be a profitable company but to do well, you have to hold the charge of social responsibility. I think a company that could adopt an initiative like Patagonia could be (pt 1)

@dalzell_piper I think being from Alabama, that a lot of the "see children but don't hear them" mentality is still present. It definitely led to a lot of adults not taking me seriously because of my age. I encountered this a lot with my high school teachers.

@OrgCommChat the film industry holds in terms of championing men over women. Recently, at the Golden Globes, we saw more representation of female directors. I hope that this will be what the future will look like and not a PR move -- seeing as there are not many prominent women to look up to.

@OrgCommChat Choosing my favorite movie is hard, but I'd have to say that my go-to, soothing my soul movie would be Pride & Prejudice with Kiera Knightly. It's such a timeless love story that's so aesthetically pleasing to me. I fall asleep to it on a regular basis.

@em_coronaa labor is heavily dependent on the context of the situation. And in this case, it is asking too much of their employees to suppress negative emotions, especially in the face of physical attacks. I applaud their safety measures aimed at protecting their employees in this same (pt3)
