@kuhl_molly Definitely an open environment and transformational leadership. I think its important for workers to not be afraid to voices their opinions or concerns about certain things. A transformational leadership style would for sure create more motivation for employees to do tasks well

@JanysekHailey Me too Hailey! Whenever I see a cool shirt I want to buy, the first thing I don't think about whenever it was made ethically. As consumers of brands, we definitely need to be more aware and discerning of those kinds of things.

@BaileyHope15 Wow. I knew Zara would not be super transparent but didn't know that they use child labor for their clothing. Companies like Zara only care about the profit they make and not about the bigger unethical issues that occurs which definitely needs to change.

@joshkrat1999 Ya Nike is definitely sketchy when it comes to where their clothes are made and how they're made. I've heard things about Nike and how they exploit child labor and don't pay their factory workers well. Those things definitely need to change. Great example!

@GraceGraubart I definitely agree! Many fast-fashion clothing brands like Zara are always trying to create new pieces of clothing every year that will sell. However, from this, they could be contributing to to bigger things like polluting the air. More companies should make sustainable clothing

As a brand, Patagonia aims to be transparent in being a sustainable- environmentally friendly company. Do you think more clothing brands should be honest & real with their consumers with how their clothing is made/come from?

@OrgCommChat I would want to do something in business operations which is about 57% woman according to the data. Being slightly more woman, I think that ratio is pretty even since an operations position I believe isn't really designated to a certain gender like other occupations .

@Cpetlansky @OrgCommChat I definitely believe there should be more readily resources for reporting sexual assault in the workplace. I like the idea how individuals can anonymously file a complaint. Sexual assault is a big reason why most woman leave jobs which can bar them from advancing in their career.

@GraceGraubart What definitely come to my mind is the movie: Hidden Figures! Its about 3 African American Woman working at NASA during the 60s when almost all the workers were white males. The woman were often questioned and scrutinized for their work since because of their gender and race.
