A magazine (& @LetsFixFootball podcast) of in-depth but irreverent analysis of the law, business and culture of the beautiful game, by @LaDiavolina and @ElEzrah
Our own @ElEzrah takes a deep dive into himself and the politics of fandom in his opus on sport and the possibility of social change on BdO today--and remember, these teams are not your friends:

Big @LetsFixFootball -- @evan_mateer and @ElEzrah talked with Chloé White, @jesshuh15, and @OmVArvind about the CR7 rape allegations, why we believe survivors, what this experience is like as a survivor, and what it's like to have your idol betray you. https://t.co/5df4mxN2ff
THIS WEEK: @ElEzrah and @OmVArvind talk about @FT stealing Gabe's article about Juve and Ronaldo (and, you know, the substance), FIFA's weird, new transfer regulation proposal, and the US-driven soccer analytics revolution.

@CaptnGuardiola The other question in contract law is how to remedy a breach. In the case of employment law you normally can't ask for "specific performance". Instead, you ask to be made whole, or for something more like punitive damages. Money, basically.
@CaptnGuardiola In some cases there doesn't have to be physical writing, but, depending on the state a "writing" might be required. Regardless, If there are messages negotiating the deal and then the two parties agree, that would certainly constitute a legally binding contract.
@Aaron_Killough we do! our show is @LetsFixFootball. We'd also recommend @turneresq and his fantastic site https://t.co/G1kcnAu74j for more in depth MLS legal analysis
