Frax, at $27 mkt cap, for some, it’s an asymmetric bet.

Frax’s stablecoin operating system, the hooks into @aave, @GearboxProtocol, @ether_fi, @CurveFinance peg keeper pools, and more are some of the most impressive in DeFi. All of these strategies are proof points that frxUSD can be a liquidity hub and be part of complex yield strategies.

Everything Frax is working towards is building out a system that can result in network effects.

Will that guarantee success and will it result in usage, user, TVL, transaction growth? That’s the bet, and I am taking the over 😁.

In a future that is unknown, if we agree that “tokenize everything” isnt a meme, but, it is the future. That future needs liquidity. @samkazemian and the ethereum:0x3432b6a60d23ca0dfca7761b7ab56459d9c964d0 team are giving themselves a great chance of success for that future.

Or, is it that you don’t like pxCVX? If so, why?

You can easily convert it to CVX, but, there is a hit, typically between 2%-3% on conversion. This can be offset because, until you convert, the pxCVX auto compounds. Since it auto compounds you are not forced to lock up newly earned CVX every 2 epochs.

None of these pools pair frxUSD with frxUSD, that is correct. There wouldnt be much value in incentivizing that type of pool.

And, also correct, any asset whose goal is to be stable to another asset may lose peg. These are the risks that LPs make every day.
