At #BioTechX in Boston this week (Sept 29–30). I'm a researcher at McGill working on causal inference in human genetics, and I build AI agents that link every claim to its source. Interested in AI for drug-target decisions. Happy to connect! @BioTechX_
I built an LLM agent for drug-target triage, then spent the summer attacking it.
The worst failure wasn't a hallucination — it was a conclusion that was correct, and that nothing it retrieved supported.
An audit found 18 defects. My validator caught 0.

ESHG 2026 wrapped, Gothenburg. 🧬
Met brilliant people from everywhere. But the moment that hit hardest wasn’t a breakthrough — a talk on a fetus with a rare disease mutation, and parents who’d walk with their child because he deserved to feel everything this world.
See you!

Presenting my PhD work: proteome-wide MR across BMI, WHR & body fat % identifies NCAN, GCKR, APOC1 & ATRAID as causal mediators of MASLD — with a potential brain-liver axis at NCAN 🧠↔️🫀

Come say hi!
Honored to be the host and invited speaker in Epidemiology Round Table at Lady Davis Institute @LDI_ILD. Thanks to the other two presenters’ great talk, Prof. Sarah Gagliano-Taliun and Dr. Ines Ben-Ghezala. Thanks to support of LDI trainee committee for the success of the event.
Honoré de recevoir la bourse doctorale du @FRQ_NT.
I am grateful to my supervisor, @GBL_Unit ,
committee members, @SatoshiYoshiji , @ChrisHBorchers , Dr. Robert Sladek, and @QLSMcGill for your support.
It will support me to uncover the causality of plasma proteins in MASLD.
