IBA called Unions to workout 12.5% Distribution as agreed hike of 15% for #11thBPS (2.5% given on Basic).. IBA already made clear that there is no Option to merge Special Pay with Basic & cleverly refrained itself for using "Special Pay" in this letter, Where all this 12.5% Go???
