1) @tapairportugal, My bag was lost one year ago, it took three months for the bag to be recovered. Under your own policy this deemed the bag as "lost". The bag was found 3 months later and returned to me. However TAP are now saying I'm not due lost baggage compensation

2) @tapairportugal I have spoken to 3...yes 3 customer service agents on the phone who have said YES I should be compensated for the lost baggage and not just expenses while on the trip. However in email I'm being told no, I wont be getting anything as the bag was found

2) @tapairportugal as the bag was recovered. Nowhere in the TAP policy states that bag is not deemed lost if found after the 21 days. In fact the Montreal Convention defines the bag as after 21 days.
