@British_Airways The bike is not lost! They wouldn’t let me bring it on as the 800 customer service rep said I could. Therefore, it was left at JFK and I have an undetermined return date and really needed in London for transportation.
@British_Airways Very disappointed with the misinformation at 800# versus JFK BAW counter about bringing my bike on board to London. Now $1200 bike is stranded at JFK at lost and found. Unacceptable!
@British_Airways The point is the misinformation I was given by your airlines and after spending 35 minutes chatting with them this morning I still am nowhere and don’t have a bike in London for an extended period of time. Do better.
@Optum SERIOUSLY? I left a message. No one called me back, I just called billing, was on hold 24 minutes, give the representative all my personal information and then she says she can’t help me? What is going on over at Crystal run?
@YO1CatskillsNY This was the WORST experience. Service was atrocious, didn’t get anything we were supposed to. Pool was closed. Food was horrible. Bkfast was served same time as yoga.
@GEICO How in heaven’s name could a customer service rep change my entire auto policy in error with another person that called to change their own policy? Major inconvenience.
@ColumbiaGSAPP How do you not research allegations made against another student and just fail him????? That is against the code of ethics and unacceptable. You took enough money from my son and made him retake a class… and had to wait ONE YEAR!!!! Shame on you @Columbia

@CrystalRun once again another negative experience at Crystal run. How do you not call a patient as soon as you know the doctor is not going to be seeing patients on the day that we are scheduled? This has caused a huge situation because they never called to reschedule my appt
@CrystalRun how can it possibly be? I had bloodwork by a cardiologist April 3, I’ve sent two email messages through portal and still have not discussed with MD?? Also left two messages for billing and no one returned my call. What is happening at that medical facility??
