@marylandgirlie @fitbit @marylandgirlie they will say you wear it wrong or something like this.
But not a lot of people know there was new lawsuit opened against them (like for Ionic).

No wonder they don't refund for Ionic watches. New class lawsuit was filled on 29th of April regarding all models they have. If they lose this they will bankrupt for sure.
@FitbitSupport @blueuumbrella To answer instead of him, since it seems it is just a game for you. He is asking when he will get refund, like rest of us.
@_chinmusic @ShaunStent @fitbit @FitbitSupport @fitbitanz Almost identical text: ''Not the experience that we want you to have. We’re working to process your refund as quickly as possible but, due to high demand, it may take a bit longer than usual.''
Or to contact refund center.
Been waiting for refund since 4th of March. When I call Sedgwick they say to contact Fitbit and when I contact Fibtit they say to contact Sedgwick. They even stopped replying in DMs. They don't care. #FitbitIonicRefundPending
@AskPayPal@AskPayPal
I tried to login to Paypal and I should get sms (as usual), but I didn't get it few times. I called my phone operator and they said they are aware you have problems with OTP. Operator told me you have an issue with added 0 (zero) after country code? Help?
@Imagine_Imaging @FitbitSupport No matter who you call, you will get same answer everytime. Majority of us gave up already. If refund will happen - good for us, if not - what we can do? Probably nothing.
@FinPhysicist @fitbit Same story here.
Fitbit says to contact refund center, refund center says to contact fitbit. Fitbit just pastes that useless link ''how to obtain refund'', even tho device was disabled back in March.
