@SimSam_5 I don't think change will happen. As CEO and owner, HR answers to Kevin. If staff brings mistreatment to HR, Kevin can hand-wave it, nod along, then procedurally fire the staff so no more problems arise. I can't prove that'll happen, but corporate self-preservation is real.

@SkyBlueCwtch Yeah, I get that. The transphobia could've been an extreme perspective for the reviewer or an embellishment so their review hits harder. I still don't think the whole review should be ignored or called fake if only one part is questionable.
