@OoniHQ this now sounds like I'm being a pain but why do I only have £5.78 store credit on Rewards when I bought a Halo ..... Surely I don't only get the 1% on the non VAT price ... And while we are at it I registered the Halo and haven't got my £5 reward for registering it
