We insist that our runners carry a well charged phone. Brought this in due to not being able to have marshals out on our rural routes. We ask them to instal What Three Words so that we can easily find them in an emergency

Can we not shame people who run with their phone?

First, sometimes I just want music, or whatever.

Second, I've been stalked and chased on a run. I called 911.

Third, sometimes I just feel like garbage and have called someone to pick me up.

Fourth, mind your business.
