I would not be surprised if Department of Labor has made several attempts to address the issue before the fine.

@bronya_l @StuartBDonovan Interesting... We have large, decorative eggs for baskets, as well as smaller egg sized candies for the basket. But typically the Easter Egg hunt is dyed eggs and/or plastic eggs with prizes in them.
