A more cynical person would believe the Government Gun Buy Back Scheme was nothing more than decoy for the Government not being game enough to tackle the real problem 🤔#auspol26
ONE NATION DRAWS BLOOD ON LABOR’S GUN GRAB
Stuart Bonds, newly appointed NSW One Nation leader, just declared war.
He’s coming straight for Labor seats in the March state election by capitalising on the growing rage over Albanese and Minns’ national gun buyback.
The scheme starts in November - right before the vote. Maximum $1000 compensation for most firearms. And it’s locked in until at least November 2027.
Bonds’ message to every shooter:
“Don’t do anything until after the state election - because we will repeal this stuff and put laws back to pre Bondi settings.”
He also tore into the timing:
“Why have a royal commission into antisemitism if you’re going to enact legislation before they hand down any recommendations?”
Exactly.
Minns says Labor is “ready to fight an election” on the buyback.
Good. Let’s have that fight.
Even the Liberals are already softening. Kellie Sloane called it “half baked” and “a very expensive solution to the wrong problem.”
She noted Minns was the only premier in the country who stood with Albanese on this.
Shooting Industry Foundation: “A gun buyback is not counter-terrorism - the sooner they admit that the better.”
Regional Labor MPs are privately terrified this will cost them their seats.
South Australia has already told the Commonwealth to fund the whole thing themselves.
This is not about public safety.
It’s about control.
And regional Australia is about to make them pay for it.
Anthony Albanese’s “national” gun buyback is a complete farce.
NSW is the only state that signed up.
QLD, SA, VIC and the NT all told him to get lost.
Compensation capped under $1,000 for most firearms. Law abiding owners who inherited their guns from their dad or grandad get shafted - while the Prime Minister pretends this stops another Bondi.
Pauline Hanson is dead right:
“It wasn’t the guns. It was the people behind the guns.”
They’re crucifying legal firearm owners instead of dealing with the actual problem.
And they’re doing it with over a billion dollars of your money.
This is pure political theatre timed to smash regional seats before the NSW election.
One Nation is already promising to repeal it.
Australia doesn’t have a gun problem.
It has a government that refuses to name the real threat.
Radical Islam.
NSW is set to be the first state in Australia to implement a gun buyback scheme in response to last year's Bondi Beach attack.
Let's be honest, Australia does not have a gun problem. We have an incompatible immigration problem.
The baddies will not hand their guns over. This will only affect law-abiding owners.
In his Summa Theologiae, St Thomas Aquinas laid out one of the most charitable yet practical arguments concerning immigration that effectively shaped the West for almost 1,000 years.
1. Immigration must always be proportionate so that foreigners can properly assimilate into the culture and mode of worship of the state.
2. Citizenship – and associated rights – should only ever be granted after the third generation to preserve the culture, mode of worship, and constitution of the state.
3. The common good of the citizens must remain the highest priority of the state, meaning, the state's obligation to provide aid to its neighbours can never be at the expense of the citizens.
However, Aquinas ends with the sobering reminder that some peoples and states are incompatible with one another, and these must be held as "foes in perpetuity".
GOOD POINT👇👇👇
To all the Supermarkets and big commercial stores that operate 'Self Check-outs'....... You are heading towards almost exclusively self-checkout now. Yesterday I went shopping at one such store and the lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone.
I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already filled my trolly, emptied my trolly and scanned the items, refilled my trolly and so I just skipped the exit line and left.
I heard her saying "Umm - Excuse me “ as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.
You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be.
• I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you.
• If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine.
• Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities.
YOU DON'T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN SHOPPING.
YOU DON’T GIVE ME STAFF DISCOUNT FOR WORKING FOR YOU.
Signed ......All of us
People we need to share this statement its basically about PROFIT to the stores AND putting People out of a JOB....!!!
You should be able to say that someone should "piss off back to Pakistan". It may not be nice or make the person being spoken about feel comfortable but we should not limit speech unless it incites violence. This Federal Court decision against @PaulineHansonOz shows we need a constitutional right to free speech to protect Australians.
Here is the single most important fact that should also be the only one stated clearly and emphatically:
If the conflict in the Middle East between Israel and the so called Palestinians was isolated and unique, then an argument from both sides would be understandable.
But the reality is, it isn’t isolated.
Islamists aren’t just murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive Jews in Israel because of some “occupation”.
Islamists are also murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive Christians in North and Central Africa, they’re murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive Hindus in India, Kashmir and Bangladesh, murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive Druze in Syria, Kurds in Syria and Iraq, Yemenis in Yemen, and now also Europeans and non Muslims in Western, Southern, Northern and Central Europe.
So the big question is this:
What’s the excuse for the murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive everywhere else outside Israel? Is it occupation? Is it Jerusalem? Is it the Nakba?
Everything you’ve been told about Palestinians being the victims IS A LIE!!!
Islam has been murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive innocent people for 1400 years. It’s why 57 countries around the world are Muslim countries. It is the only ideology on Earth that is actively murdering and massacring and raping and beheading and burning alive people all over the world, on a mass scale.
THAT is the genocide.
THAT is what’s caused famine.
THAT is called ethnic cleansing.
They’ve lied to you and manipulated you into believing the Jews are to blame. But just open your eyes. Use your damned brain. Look what is actually happening. Because they’re not stopping. They’re coming for you🫵🏼
No matter where you stand on negative gearing or CGT concessions, politicians shouldn’t be allowed to win elections on promises, then turn around and say “circumstances changed” once they’re in power. If you break major election commitments, there should be a fresh election. Simple.
@AlboMP and @JEChalmers didn’t just “change their position”… they flat out lied to the Australian people multiple times, then hoped everyone would forget once the election was over.

“Democracy and liberty are not the same. Democracy is little more than mob rule, while liberty refers to the sovereignty of the individual.”
— Walter E. Williams
The prompts were simple.
First, I told @grok to look at every single Amelia meme on the Internet.
Second, I said: “Become Amelia, then make a video and tell the British people what you want them to know.”
Here’s the surprising result.
Humans love things.
Humans hate things.
Humans typically hate things that are dangerous and love things that are good.
The idea that a government can legislate against 'hate' is as foolish as legislating against love.
We have allowed ourselves to be driven by fear of words.
We are a social species. Speaking out against dangerous ideas that pose a threat to society is one of the key ways in which society is kept safe.
Intellectual debate can be hateful. The history of humanity is full hate - much of it justified.
In the modern world, we strive to civilise ourselves with behaviour - not erase emotion.
Should we be able to say:
'We hate those who sell children into slavery.'
'We hate those who rob women of their agency.'
'We hate those who murder in the name of god.'
'We hate those who destroy culture, its history, and ancient sites.'
'We hate those who waste the lives of your young men.'
'We hate those who seek to take our freedoms.'
Are these not reasonable things to hate?
Government ministers say they hate hate speech - is not the same crime they accuse others of?
The government says we are allowed to hate the Nazis but not the communists. Why? They are both murderous regimes, with the latter killing more than any other group in human history. Should we not hate that which saw millions of people so destitute that they sacrificed the own children? An ideology that turned human beings into monsters?
I will not apologise for hating communism.
I don't think the government has a clear view on what it believes, nor do its ministers have any intent on obeying the law.
They simply decide what society is allowed to love and hate.
But such an infringement on the human mind is an affront to our sentience.
We are not wards of the state. We are not children of the regime.
We cannot be compelled to love or hate upon command.
@IfindRetards@AusGovGunFacts They are classified as an air rifle due to the manner in which the salt is ejected. It is not actually part of the new laws, they have been banned for a good many years. Most retarded law ever in the firearms world.
