20mph was promised for built-up areas, but will the Vale Council use the 30/40mph loophole "where justified" to exclude Port Rd thru north Barry, the A48 thru Bonvilston and St Nicholas. 20mph is surely justified on narrow lanes too, like Rhoose to E Aberthaw

A bit late to say 'cycling is key' when this scheme is blind to cycling and effectively worsens and deters it. Reject the 1-way scheme, try out the pedestrian areas and look into more 2-hour parking to push shop-staff parking further out @DrewMabey @PenarthCouncil
