Goodbye to 17th Lok Sabha. This was a Lok Sabha of many dubious firsts:

(i) In terms of the number of workdays, this was least productive Lok Sabha (lowest days worked) since 1952.

(ii) The PM did not answer a single question on the floor of the House.

iii) No Deputy Speaker was appointed for its entirety.

(iv) In the last seven years, not even a single notice by a member of the Opposition has been accepted for discussion (under Rule 267) in Rajya Sabha.

(v)An MP from Treasury was permitted to use communal slurs in the house (vi) First-ever security breach inside Lok Sabha.

(vii) 146 MPs from the Opposition were suspended for demanding a discussion about the breach.

(viii) About 300 questions by Opposition MPs were deleted!

This must be the most cowardly government ever since India became independent.

They don't fight in the border & allow Chinese & Mynmar soldiers freely inside Indian territory. But, they fight against journalists, farmers, students, minorities, tribals, adivasis, educationalists, human rights activists, opposition, women, and literally Indian citizen.
