I have been a regular customer of Amazon for the past 5 years. The service has been very good I should say. But most of my recent orders seem to be defective in one way or the other & I had to replace them all. It's a double work for me.

@AmazonHelp Thank you Vikash. I have a replacement in progress, another product I received today came out defective for which I want refund or replacement. Will do that in Amazon site. Will really be helpful if these issues are sorted. Not everyone has the time & privilege to place a return.

1) Ordered a set of 10 paint brushes - Received only 8 in the set - Didn't return
2) Received a leaking Shampoo Bottle - Refunded
3) A water bottle I received was diff from the one I ordered - In Progress
4) A defective hair dryer - About to replace
