I've sent an open letter to Oceania $OCA following their recommendation to vote against my resolution.
The shares trade at less than half of NTA.
If you want the board to consider all options, including ones that don't keep the lights on at Quay Street, vote FOR Resolution 4.
@puppyeh1 Banger of a letter mate. Agree with you, the market continues to punish the valuation under the current structure (no hope with TAG overhang) and there is probably no way out other than separation of commercial and consumer.
@Reignots@BuffDawgg Is there anything to suggest they will be permanently changing their dividend policy moving forward? And any thoughts on the size of the div? Market is implying a $94m div based on the move since the announcement, or roughly 25% of current net cash?
@ScrivCapital@puppyeh1 Good on you Tommy. Nice to see some activism in the sleepy NZ markets. I’m not an OCA shareholder, but wish you the best of luck.
$HUM.AX says the governance 'framework' is 'mature' (whatever that means). If so then why did the Panel rule how they did?
Doesn't that mean the Directors - all of them - are incapable of executing the 'framework'?
And if that is the case why is the full report not being published? 🤮🤮🤮

Please vote your shares ASAP. The current board needs to go. Multiple corp governance 101 principles have been broken and minority shareholders made a mockery of. Long $HUM.AX.
🚨🚨 $HUM.AX today is the last day to vote your shares for the EGM (on Thurs) unless you show up at the meeting to vote in person.
If you wish to have any hope of getting proper capital allocation; proper engagement w/ Credit Corp; and no further expropriation of your investment by the largest shareholder, you must vote for change NOW.

Thank you for all your support ✊✊👊👊

@puppyeh1@eadatt I'm a CA in NZ and would second BDO - I feel you get more value out of the mid-tier firms vs big 4. Will be dealing with partner direct etc. If that fails, I can probably get you a rec for someone in the Valuations team at PwC
