Congrats to the Y8 Jr. NBA 🏀 team for winning their East of England conference semi-final 53-33 over a tough team from Sprowston! Great game by everyone!
The team will now play at the Finals day in June, hoping to bring home the title this year!

@judybeer @joey_leedham13 I have a meeting in September with my son’s school’s PE lead - hoping I can do some CPD for the staff to get more teachers comfortable with 🏀
I am a primary trained PE teacher, but work at the feeder high school, so it would benefit us both for me to help out the staff!

What a battle in the semi-final by the Y8 Jr. NBA team! They lost to Marshland by 2 points in overtime! They left everything out on the court. After a short turn around, they managed to pull off a 3pt victory to win the bronze medal - #3 in the entire East of England!

Congratulations to the Y7 Jr. NBA today competing in the East of England Final Four! They played Marshland in the semi-final, advancing to the Finals where they met a strong Gateway Academy.
So proud of this group - second place in the entire East of England is incredible!

Our Jr NBA basketball stars were in quarter final action tonight against KES!

They secured a comfortable win to see them progress into the semi finals! The draw for the next round comes out on Monday 📆

My new coaching pet peeve. Coaches saying “unlucky” for mistakes that have nothing to do with luck and everything to do with skill. Don’t avoid an opportunity to coach, mistakes are the most important part of the process, don’t hide from them.
