Two 11-year-old boys in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, discovered a neighbor's kitten in the courtyard of a first-floor home August 17th. They climbed over a two-meter-high fence to break in, chased and beat it to death with a broom. The victim's other three cats were so frightened that they fled and have not been found to this day! Local police immediately chose to threaten the VICTIM WHOSE KITTEN WAS KILLED, ordering them to delete their online plea for help post, prohibiting them from creating public opinion and placing them under strict surveillance. The cat owner is still in immense grief to this day. The boys parents blamed the victim and threatened to sue.

The moment I stopped looking away.
