@Dyson@DysonUK your service has unbelievably gone from bad to worse. Do you have insourced staff in the uk that can get in touch and help? The outsourced teams seem stuck on scripts and have lost the ability to listen, empathise and/or problem solve in any way shape or form.
@Dyson@DysonUK almost a week has now passed since our vacuum started smoking & still not due to be collected until 19th July and then a repair to follow. How is this allowed in a house with kids, pets and a wife recovering from surgery. A replacement should have been offered 😢
@DysonUK what has happened to your customer service these last few years. Our new v15 started smoking the other day and we’ve been told it will take 10 days to collect and up to 5 to repair. In a house with pets, kids and a wife recovering from surgery this is poor service!
@DysonUK our new vacuum started smoking 2 days ago. The team have taken 48 hours to tell me it will be collected for a repair on 19th July which then could take up to 5 days. This is a farce-a house with kids, pets and a wife who has just had an operation cannot be left like this

@CatBeales@BeeNetwork@AndyBurnhamGM the west side of Manchester is so poorly served by public transport. Given your new term as mayor can I ask you provide urgent attention pls? Various councils keep building houses here too and the network can’t cope and the bee buses have so far been terrible 😒
@CatBeales@BeeNetwork@BeeNetwork agreed we followed all the diversions and even flagged down and asked V1/2 drivers at your Piccadilly stop none of which would let us get on there. Went to the stops they told us and no buses turned up. How does we claim back our £52 worth of taxis?
@BeeNetwork After an hour a bus came past standing room for about 5 people only which I managed to squeeze onto. Lots of others were left waiting for another bus
@BeeNetwork what’s going on pleeeeeeeease sort out your busses. How can I work in Manchester and ever get home to look after 2 young kids? Stood at a stop over 40 mins and still no buses!!! V1 V2 or even a V4!
@AndyBurnhamGM please can you look into the new bus network as it’s simply not working. I can’t continue to work in the city as I can’t get home in less that 2 hours (only 8 miles), which is crackers!
@LidlGB we love your store in Mosley Common, but so many customers leave without buying anything as the queues are so long. Out of 8 tills I’ve only ever seen 3 open. Take away a couple of tills and add 4 self scans and I think the store would take a lot more per week.
