Un. F*CKING. BELIEVABLE. The Cubs with a pitching staff made entirely of AAA guys come into Milwaukee and take down the first place Brewers. That’s a season-changer. Jordan Wicks take a bow. Seiya Suzuki take a bow. WOW did that fire me up.
Always nice to win a series at home.
Former NFL QB Derek Carr on Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson:
“The scary part about Caleb Williams is that he’s not even close to his ceiling……I think this marriage between Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson, the future is very bright for Chicago. If I’m a Bears fan, they haven’t been this excited in the offseason in a long time. We got a team, we’re going in the right direction…..I’m excited to see it. Can’t wait.”

If Caleb Williams gets 3,127 passing yards this year, he'll already have the 5th-most yards in #Bears history
If Caleb Williams throws 18 passing TDs, he'll already have the 5th-most TDs in team history
That's simultaneously great for Caleb and humiliating for the franchise lol
Chicago Bears fans need to understand that without a lucky onside kick, and a missed FG, Caleb Williams would be 1-4 against Jordan Love.
All of their luck was used in 2025, and 2026 is about to be a tough reality check.
Jordan Love runs the NFC North, and will continue to do so moving forward.
My qb is legit just one of us. Nothing diff.
Love to see him enjoying some time off and showing love to Cole and the rest of the city.

Caleb Williams is viewed as a Top 10 QB around the NFL, per @JFowlerESPN:
“Caleb Williams is looked at around the league as a Top 10 QB and one of the very best closers in the NFL….the key they’re working on in minicamp, OTAs and Training Camp is getting him to work inside the pocket to take the layups when they're there, the checkdowns, the easy completions….but with Caleb Williams right now…..he's the type of player that can make plays only Patrick Mahomes could make before him. He’s got that ceiling right now. So big things for the Bears in year three.”
