My sister in the UK sent me some gifts for my birthday well within the legal 500 pounds limit via @FedEx . Customs in Lahore not only stopped the bags and claimed falsely there was a receipt inside the bag , we checked the receipt from LV and it’s a fake receipt. And Customs is refusing to let me have my bag based on a false accusation and a lie. @MIshaqDar50 @@HMRCgovuk . Basically one cannot send gifts from one’s earned money to family in Pakistan anymore because the customs will play foul? I used to think these were just stories.
