Smart strategy:

@FVortsman @teletonic @JonFlynnREstats The largest employers are the various levels of government, which I believe helps with stability. Then you have Brandt, Viterra and FCL. There has been recent growth with the Amazon warehouse, Cargill Plant, etc. The growth has been steady over the years.

@FVortsman @teletonic @JonFlynnREstats I can say that for 150k in Regina, you are not going to get much for a single family home. Some older 2/3 bed 1 bath condos, but the condo fees are so high that it makes more sense to by a 250k home. You can get a good home for 330ish on resale.
