Founded by Leslie Tessler, the company focuses on the clean beauty segment and ingredient conscious consumers.
The transaction expands L'Oréal's portfolio into the premium, vegan, and cruelty free personal care segments, targeting ingredient conscious consumers.
With this investment from L'Oréal's venture fund, BOLD, Hanni joins a portfolio that includes South Asian founded hybrid makeup brand Live Tinted and performance based personal care brand Uni.
