My mind is still in UK time (-7 hrs) and I am suffering here🥲

Sleeping at 3 or 4am before getting up at 5:30am for a 7am-5pm shift at a hospital is 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

Slept for 10 hrs which is the most sleep I’ve had in almost two months😬 jetlag and last month’s UK trip fatigue has been causing me headaches these last few days so this must be good.

The problem with going back home after staying in the UK for 6 weeks?

I’m always hot!!! Even if there are 3 airconditioners at work, it’s still hot!!😓🫠

After losing my sim card in Japan last year and paying for a replacement… I learned my lesson and kept it safe during my stay in the UK😅
