I am having the worst time with @boohooMAN@boohoo_cshelp@boohoo it’s appalling how awful the company and the customer service is. I have been trying to contact them for weeks. There are missing items, items that have been sent back and not refunded. Absolutely disgusting.

Thanks tesco delivery for sending me DOG FOOD instead of the cat food I ordered!
My cats are now eating dog food because I can’t get out to get anything else for them. Hence the delivery. Really annoyed!
