We've had many internal debates around whether we should keep doing this, but we get so many compliments from customers on how fast and dedicated our support is (ESPECIALLY during our 14 day trial).
And turning them all into help tickets so there's a formal paper trail is a challenge to get everyone to remember to do (we have a Freshdesk<>Slack integration).
BUT this keeps us uber close to our customers to hear about feature requests, ideas, issues, bugs, requests, and just general day-to-day things they need from us 🥇
In the early stages of building, I'm a huge advocate for having customers in Slack.
