@OptimumHelp Canceled svc. and returned equip. in May, mid-billing cycle, as allowed in NJ. We moved and asked for a prorated bill. Billing rep was unable to do so, so we paid a portion of the bill for the days of usage. We are being billed for addit. $$$ that we don’t owe. Help

@OptimumHelp How to speak with a U.S. rep to resolve a billing issue? In NJ, we do not have to pay for a full month if we cancel before end of the billing cycle. We returned equipment almost halfway through. Made a partial payment. Still being charged for full month.
