I got a flat iron steak from @cowboywagyu. It was a lot of fun cooking it since it is the first one I can remember ever cooking. I cooked it in my cast iron skillet on my @KitchenAidUSA stove. It turned out amazing. It always helps when you start out with such high quality beef!

It appears as though I need to clean my IG Charcoal BBQ. Either way, it puts out some great food! I love being able to adjust the heat/speed by raising or lowering the charcoal tray.

I have been on a quest to find the perfect spicy sauce for my oysters. There is a place in Farmington CA that has the absolute best oyster sauce. This mixture of sriracha, butter and lime is the closest I've gotten.
