🗣️ "Encouraging signs!"

@DavidEgan99 was suitably impressed with Marylebone's debut performance at @GTYarmouthRaces...

A very well-bred debut winner! 🟣

€3m Night Of Thunder filly MARYLEBONE - who is a half-sister to Diamond Necklace and Magic Wand - battles hard to score on debut!

@HMRCcustomers @HMRCgovuk So how does this help then? Been waiting for a refund since August. Any danger of it being processed?

[Ed Beeton @Beets7]

@HMRCcustomers anyone working today?

[Ed Beeton @Beets7]

@HMRCcustomers If you respond to the direct messages I’ve sent that would be great?

Just an idea @vickyfoxcroft @andyburnham @DawnButlerBrent - but have you ever thought of starting a debate which involves horse racing and gambling with any of the following?

Horse Racing is one of Great Britain’s finest industries:

🟢£ to the Treasury - contributes £3.5billion to the UK economy annually
🟢85,000 jobs
🟢Community growth and rural vitality
🟢Hundreds of years of history
🟢World exporter/global trade
🟢Top class Horse Welfare
🟢Bookmakers paying £millions to help those with addiction
🟢Charity work - cancer etc - helping those who need it most.
🟢Children using racetracks for school work - fantastic for mathematics
🟢Second most watched sport in the country.
🟢Daily interest and participation
🟢Looking after the Thoroughbred breed
🟢Terrestrial TV coverage
🟢Veterinary expertise
🟢Strengthens diplomatic ties across the world
🟢Loved by Kings and Queens and world leaders. Plus celebrity support

Just an idea…or is your agenda so great you just ignore all this? 🏇🙏

A winner over JUMPS for @amoracingltd 🟪⬜️

Dallas Star, a Group 3 winner on the Flat, shows real guts to make a winning debut over hurdles.

@BadAtGamesLuke What has Nunez done wrong? I’d love to be proved wrong but I don’t think you can play Palacios and Lukic together otherwise it’s all on Enciso to create something…

[Ed Beeton @Beets7]

@BadAtGamesLuke Also disappointed not to see Nunez play last night. Alongside Enciso, he is probably the only other central player with a bit of creativity.

[Ed Beeton @Beets7]

@BadAtGamesLuke I get that. That was one potential catastrophic failing. I imagine the plan was to sell Philogene and reinvest in one more defender but they’ve neglected that sadly.
Wouldn’t be against a free transfer for Webster or Tuanzebe (if he hadn’t burned his bridges leaving).
