what i'm about to say might offend some people, but hear me out.
people can tell when you don't read
we can tell
not because you don't use big words and not because your grammar isn't perfect.
we can tell by the way you think.
by the way you process information, by how quickly your attention jumps from one thing to another, by how impatient you are with ideas that require depth.
reading does more than give you knowledge
it trains your brain to concentrate, to think critically, to follow a complete thought without needing constant stimulation.
if you can't focus long enough to finish a book, don't be surprised when you struggle to focus long enough to build a business, master a skill or solve difficult problems.
your attention is a muscle.
if you don't train it, the world will train it for you with endless scrolling, short videos, and constant distractions.
read!
not because it makes you sound smarter, read because it teaches your mind how to think and your brain how to focus. buena suerte 👍
Satan being the vilest offender is also the accuser of the brethren.
In life, those who are the worst sinners are the most judgmental.
The Pharisees were a prime example of this reality.
Men are wicked!
May we be delivered from the self-righteousness of wicked men!
Your reputation operates like a line of credit. Years of reliability allow people to trust you before every fact is available, forgive an isolated error, and place larger responsibilities in your hands. Repeated small defaults raise the interest rate until even your honest words require verification.
If you want to become disciplined in a way that actually compounds, stop focusing on intensity and start focusing on repeatability, because discipline is not built on rare bursts of effort but on behaviours you can execute consistently when there is no urgency forcing you.
If you even slightly entertain the thought of failure, you give your mind a chance to start noticing reasons to fail. But if the only option on your mind is to win, then the world seems to conspire in your favor, because your mind will notice opportunities it wouldn't have before. Become delusionally optimistic, not because it's realistic, but because it's effective. It drastically increases your chances of success.
The first cost of mastery is embarrassment. You must be seen producing weak work, asking basic questions, making incorrect predictions, and occupying a level beneath your self-image. Men who cannot tolerate looking incompetent temporarily will remain permanently caged by their own potential.
The pursuit of excellence automatically places you into competition, comparison, and pressure, and if you try to avoid those, you will also avoid the very conditions that produce growth.
Days ago, I accidentally hit a parked Lexus . I felt terrible knowing that the owner would eventually return to find the car in that condition.
I waited for about 20 minutes, hoping the owner would come back. When no one showed up, I wrote a note, placed it under the windshield wiper, and drove away. In the note, I sincerely apologized, accepted full responsibility for the damage, and included my phone number.
When I got home, I kept expecting a call from the owner, but none came. I became worried, wondering if the wind had blown the note away or if the owner had simply not seen it.
This morning, my phone finally rang. It was the owner of the vehicle. I apologized again and explained how I had waited at the scene before leaving the note. As we talked, we switched to a WhatsApp video call.
During our conversation, I learned something that deeply moved me. Had I not left that note, the driver's life could have been turned upside down. The owner explained that it was his driver who had taken the vehicle out. When the driver returned with the note in tears, he admitted what had happened.
The owner said that if the note had not been there, he would have assumed the driver was responsible. He intended to have him arrested, compel him to pay for the damaged headlight, and dismiss him from his job—despite the fact that the driver's salary could never cover the cost of the repair.
I pleaded with him not to take such action. He replied that there was no longer any need since I had accepted responsibility.
He initially planned to send me his account details for the repairs, but later told me not to worry about it.
I left that conversation overwhelmed with gratitude to God. A simple decision to be honest and take responsibility may have saved a man from losing his job, his dignity, and his livelihood.
Behind every worker is a family. That driver is someone's husband and someone's father. Had events unfolded differently, his wife and children would have borne the pain of consequences they did not deserve.
Integrity may seem costly in the moment, but it can save lives, preserve livelihoods, and restore faith in humanity.

If you want to judge someone’s character, give them a small amount of authority over a person who cannot retaliate. It is a misconception that power and money corrupts an individual. In truth, it reveals their true moral values.
@I_Am_Ilemona The way I loved that guy.. Dnt know who indulged his feeling that he was a Striker, when he could have been an Mbappe-type LWF and let his goals speak. Imagine sulking that Ibrahimovic took your Number when you were being offered an even more legendary 11.
A man who knows himself can’t be manipulated. The world’s games depend on your hunger for validation. Once you master your shadow, your lust, envy, and fear, they lose their leverage. Self-awareness is the highest armor.
The fastest way to lose influence is to outshine the wrong person at the wrong time, because superiority does not always create respect, it often creates insecurity, and insecure people will sacrifice logic to restore their position.
Never reveal disappointment before deciding what you will do with it. Visible frustration tells people which outcome you wanted, how badly you wanted it, and how much pressure the loss created.
