“The enhanced online system gives Florida residents the ability to search for court-designated violent offenders throughout the state, providing an additional tool for public safety.”@JonMartinEsq besides serving the time, being on and paying for probation, my husband who has never been violent a day in his life, will be in a searchable database for the community. Public safety? He saved a police officer’s life and shoplifted 6 DVDs. He needs justice for the error in 2004. Please ask the Governor to invoke FCOR Rule 17.
