It’s the final week of what Teachers and Principals are calling the longest term in school history in most parts of Australia. Makes it a really good time to say say thanks and to show some love. I’ve never seen them needing it more. Please just do it.
I started my casual day with 20 questions for Miss Stopford, because I have this stage 2 class again tomorrow.
I received this after recess, using most my answers. Very excited to have them again tomorrow!

First day of casual teaching, and I'm back in my last prac class. They were so excited to see me again, it's a perfect way to start my teaching career. #acuedu_p
I love that when I finished up my prac last term, all the art work in the classroom were created in my lessons. Art was the subject I was least confident in, but I was really able to grow in the lessons I delivered #acuedu_p
How blessed I am to have had these wonderful women to challenge, support, encourage and inspire me through the four years of our degree! It’s sad to think that our ACU journey is almost over, but extremely exciting that our teaching careers are just beginning ✨👩🏻🏫 #acuedu_p
Loved listening to such experienced teachers today at Ready Steady Teach! So much wisdom and great advice to take on board when starting the next chapter! #acuedu_p
Who would of thought an art lesson for my final supervisor's vist could of gone so successful?
The students developed their fine motor skills, making paper flowers to match their spring acrostic poems.
Thanks @Davo452 for sitting in on my lessons this prac.

35 days ✔
After reflecting on it all I remember back to my first placement.
The same school, the same room, on kindergarten too.
I never would of imagined I could survive in Kindy.
Now as I finish placement I am a confident teacher eager for any teaching oppounties. #acuedu_p
On the floor for a writing lesson I went through the instructions at least 5 times. When I sent my first student back to her desk the first words were "but what are we doing?"
Lesson learnt: don't do complicated tasks in Kindy after lunch.

I attended a teacher wellbeing course where the amazing presenter provided an abundance of tools to help teachers deal with tough days!
Fun fact-T are asked on average 1500 questions daily which can cause cognitive fatigue! Hence why by Friday we can feel so drained

Day 24/35: R U OK?
Asking this question to your friends, family or even work colleagues is a great way to start a conversation that could potentially change their life. So let’s reach out to each other. Ask the question!💛🖤
Here’s a good read for my teacher friends⬇️ #ACUedu_p
Over the last couple of weeks it has become really apparent to me how important modelling is for infants! If the task isn’t modelled beforehand then goodluck getting the results you want 😅 #acuedu_p
