تحية تقدير وعرفان لدولة قطر، حكومةً وشعباً، بمناسبة عودتها كأول بعثة دبلوماسية إلى العاصمة السودانية الخرطوم.
رفرف علم دولة قطر الشقيقة أمس في مبنى السفارة القطرية في الخرطوم، والشعب السوداني عبّر عن سعادته بهذه العلاقة الطيبة مع الشعب القطري وحكومته.

من كان اسمه مربوط بالتقدم والازدهار اصبح مكروهاً و منبوذاً بعد أن تخطى كل الخطوط الحمراء في دول كثيرة ولم يقف امامه احد حتى ظن انه محصن من الاتهام ومحصن من المحاسبة ،،، اصطدم بحائط اسمه #السودان دولة لا تعرف الخوف انسانها لا يعرف الخنوع ويدافع عنها بكل ما أوتي من قوة ولا يركع الا لله قاوم الطغيان بلا سلاح وفضح المستور بكلمة حق.

في السودان سقطت الاقنعة وتعرت الوجوه التي كانت تدعي البطولة والحياد لم تنفعكم الأموال ولا التحالفات فها انتم عراة أمام شعب لا يساوم على كرامته.

ستسجل في التاريخ انكم دولة وظيفية ودولة مافيا

باسم الحكومة السودانية، وحرائر وأحرار السودان، وبقلوب يعتصرها الألم والحزن، ننعى بكل إكبارٍ وإجلال، المناضلة البطلة، الميرم الشهيدة الدكتورة هنادي النور داؤود جمعة "بت الفاشر"، التي سطرت اسمها بأحرفٍ من نور في سجل الشجاعة والكرامة، وجعلت من نفسها رمزاً للانتماء، والإباء، والوفاء لوطنها وشعبها.
لقد كانت الشهيدة مثالاً للمرأة الحرة، الرافضة للخنوع أمام وحوش الإجرام والعدوان، فاختارت السير في طريق المقاومة كتفاً بكتف مع رفاقها المقاتلين، وتقدمت الصفوف لإنقاذ الجرحى والأسرى في معارك الكرامة.
نتقدم بأسمى آيات التعازي والمواساة إلى أسرتها الكريمة، وإلى الأهل والأبطال في معسكر زمزم ومدينة الفاشر، وكل من أحبها وعرف قدرها على امتداد الوطن وخارجه.
المجد والخلود لروح الشهيدة هنادي، ونسأل المولى عز وجل أن يتقبلها مع الصديقين والشهداء والصالحين، وحسن أولئك رفيقا.

🔴 | No, the ICJ Has Not Acquitted the UAE of Genocide in Sudan 🔴
#DarkBox Exclusive – Fact vs Disinformation

1️⃣ Let’s be clear: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has not issued a ruling on the genocide charges against the UAE.
Contrary to misleading claims spread by Emirati-aligned media, the Court has not acquitted the UAE.
The truth? The case is still under deliberation.

2️⃣ On 10 April 2025, the ICJ concluded its public hearings in the case:
“Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in Sudan (Sudan v. United Arab Emirates)”.

📍The Court heard arguments from both parties—Sudan and the UAE—at the Peace Palace in The Hague.
No verdict. No dismissal. No exoneration.

3️⃣ What Sudan requested:
Acting Justice Minister Muawia Osman Khair asked the Court to order the UAE to:
— Stop complicity in the genocide against the Masalit people
— Refrain from aiding RSF or other irregular armed groups
— Submit reports every 6 months until final judgment is issued.

📌 In short, Sudan is demanding accountability for the UAE’s role in arming RSF militias.

4️⃣ What the UAE asked for:
Emirati officials—led by Ambassador Ameirah Al Hefeiti—demanded:
— Sudan’s provisional measures request be rejected
— The entire case be removed from the ICJ’s General List

🚫 The UAE wants the case buried before it even begins. But the Court did not comply with that request.

5️⃣ What the ICJ actually said:
📌 “The Court will now begin its deliberation.
The Court’s decision will be delivered at a public sitting, the date of which will be announced in due course.”

👉 This means the Court is still evaluating Sudan’s evidence against the UAE. Nothing has been dismissed or decided.

6️⃣ Don’t fall for UAE propaganda.
The Emirati disinformation campaign is trying to pre-empt accountability.
They want headlines claiming innocence before the Court has even ruled.

❌ But #DarkBox confirms: The case is alive. The UAE is still under investigation for aiding and abetting genocide in Sudan.

7️⃣ More to come.
We’ll be closely following the ICJ’s deliberations.
The world deserves to know the truth about Abu Dhabi’s role in Darfur—and the Masalit people deserve justice.

1/At the #ICJ, #Sudan delivered a powerful statement accusing the #UAE of fueling genocide

The Sudanese delegation laid out evidence that the UAE is fueling the RSF’s brutal campaign via illicit gold smuggling and direct military support.

Here's what they said ⬇️

2/ “This case is about a silent genocide.”

Sudan’s legal team described a crisis marked by ethnic cleansing, mass murder, and sexual violence. In Darfur and El Fasher, civilians are being targeted because of their skin color, ethnicity, and identity.

3/ Sudan alleges that the UAE is not just complicit — but directly fueling these atrocities.

According to EU Council Regulation 2024/384, the RSF is using gold exports, smuggled mostly to the UAE, to fund its operations — including buying weapons used against civilians.

4/ The RSF and aligned militias have:

Systematically executed men and boys, even infants, based on ethnicity

Raped and tortured women and girls from targeted groups

Attacked fleeing civilians

Blocked access to food, water, and aid

This, Sudan says, is genocide.

5/ The ICJ was told:

“Civilians are not being protected. They are being hunted. This conflict bears all the signs of a genocide — and the evidence suggests the crime has already been committed.”

6/ Reuters reports Sudan’s government has concluded:
➡️ RSF and allied militias have committed genocide.
➡️ The UAE is supplying weapons used in these crimes.
➡️ Much of Sudan’s gold — funding this war — is smuggled to the UAE.

7/ This case has global stakes.

Sudan is asking the ICJ to hold the UAE accountable — not just for violating arms embargoes, but for aiding and abetting genocide.

It’s a warning to the world: silence and complicity have deadly consequences.

اليوم، قدم السودان قضيته العادلة إلى ساحة القضاء الدولي، أمام أرفع محكمة في العالم. إنه نهج حضاري متقدم في مواجهة دولة الإمارات، التي تلطّخت أياديها بدماء الأبرياء من النساء والأطفال والشباب وكبار السن، وساعدت الميليشيات في ارتكاب المجازر والجرائم ضد الإنسانية، من اغتصاب وتهجير وتشريد وتدمير للبنى التحتية.
إنها لعمري، خطوة تعبّر عن عراقة الشعب السوداني وحضارته الضاربة في عمق التاريخ، حضارة امتدت لآلاف السنين قبل الميلاد، أرادت أن تطمسها دولة لم يظهر كيانها إلى الوجود إلا في عام 1971، ولم يمضِ على تأسيسها سوى أربعة وخمسين عاماً.
وفي السودان، تأسست جامعة الخرطوم عام 1902 باسم كلية غردون التذكارية، بينما كانت الإمارات لا تزال تخطو أولى خطواتها نحو التكوين.
يا لِبساطة التاريخ وحداثة التجربة! حتى في الإجرام، لم تبلغ الإمارات بعدُ مبلغ إخفاء آثار الجريمة، وذلك من فرط حداثة عهدها، في كل شيء، حتى في المآثم وارتكاب الجرائم.
التحية لفريق الخبراء السودانيين ممثلين في لجنة الدعاوى الدولية ضد ميليشيا الدعم السريع المتمردة وقادتها والدول الداعمة لها، والتحية للشعب السوداني العريق.
